Soldotna-June 4, 2011- Another one of those beautiful rainy days. Dave met a guy while fishing on the river that told him he didn’t have all the stuff he needed to catch a King Salmon. Soooo the next day Dave and Jerry met him at the bait shop and picked up what they needed. After lunch Chris offered to take them out on his boat. The boat reminds me of banana, and they slowly float down the river and row back up the river, and then float back down the river, until you catch a fish. Needless to say, after several hours of fishing, Dave and Jerry got their King Salmon. /Marilyn
