Shelby, Mt to Edmonton, Alberta

Happy Mother's Day everyone!   We had a great day!  We stayed at Shelby, Mt. last night.  We got a lot of expert advise from several peoples, at least they said they were experts and claimed to know a lot. LOL.  We are heading out at 7:30a.m. as we stopped early yesterday.  Doc wanted to stay at Edmonton, Alberta tonight.  Not to bad of a trip.  We had a few rain showers, but none that lasted too long.  We stopped at the US customs and all went well.  We then went through the Canadian customs and moved on.  We are all set with declaring the items we needed too.  We stopped at Lethbridge and High River for gas.  We ate lunch in the parking lot of the Chevrolet dealership.  It has rained off and on most of the day.  Much of the day was travelling and only seeing SKY, FARMLAND, AND FIELDS!!!!!  I only took two pictures today......   We have stopped for the night in Edmonton, Albert, and hope to make it to Dawson Creek tomorrow.  This is where the Alaskan Highway begins.   Have a good night. We drove 3109 miles to the Canadian border. /Marilyn
